نصّ الفصل التاسع من المرسوم الرئاسي المتعلّق باحداث مجلس أعلى مؤقت للقضاء، الصادر بالرائد الرسمي عدد 16 بتاريخ 13 فيفري 2022، على تحجير الإضراب على القضاة من مختلف الأصناف.
كما يحجّر على القضاة، بمقتضى هذا المرسوم، “كلّ عمل جماعي مُنظّم من شأنه إدخال اضطراب أو تعطيل في سير العمل العادي بالمحاكم”.
