أعلنت وكالة الحماية المدنية في إيطاليا تسجيل 72 حالة وفاة إضافية بمرض كوفيد-19 مقابل 85 حالة في يوم الجمعة، بينما سجلت 270 حالة إصابة بالمرض انخفاضًا من 518 في يوم الجمعة. وقالت الوكالة إن حصيلة الوفيات منذ ظهور الفيروس بلغت 33846 حالة، وهو رابع أكبر عدد من حالات الوفاة في العالم بعد الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا والبرازيل. وانخفض عدد حاملي الفيروس المسجلين إلى 35877 شخصًا من 36967 في يوم الجمعة.
